Items Less Than 150 Pounds - These items usually ship FedEx or UPS. Some items are shipped without a box (i.e. Hydrothol pails, bacteria pails, flex pipe) - FedEx and UPS charges an extra $6.50 for each item. Large items shipping FedEX or UPS are charged based on dimension and weight (i.e. filter material, pond kits, skimmers, aquafalls and boulders). Your phone number and a full street address (No P.O. Boxes) is required for shipment and if it's a residential or commercial address.

Large and/or Heavy items are shipped motor freight - Because of their volume, we have negotiated discounts with our truck lines from their standard rates. This makes us competitive when shipping large orders. Motor freight companies charge a residential fee when delivering to a residence.

Damaged Shipments - Please inspect your shipment before signing for it! Once you sign for it, the carrier will not be liable for shortages or damage. You can refuse a damaged shipment or accept it with clear notification of damage on the bill of landing. Please call us immediately if a damaged order is refused so we can accept it back from the carrier and reship your order.

International Shipping - Due to cost to ship and customs outside of the continental United States, we are unable to ship unless you call the office to get a shipping quote.
